Testing procedures at Mentorprise are always tailor-made on each individual case: based on strict basic criteria, the competences stipulated for the function and in dialogue with the constituent.  During the procedure the focus is set on the aspects of personality, behavior and knowledge. By means of individual personality tests, the hidden aspects of this personality can be detected and measured. Many of these aspects of are not detected during an interview, since the candidate is not always  fully aware of his/her behavior and personality. The Mentorprise test procedures are used for obtaining objective information on the competences of the candidate, in addition to the in-depth interview with the consultant. This interview is competence and behavioral based. At Mentorprise, testing results are exclusively interpreted by experts in the matter. Based on this expertise and the reporting, combined with the interview, Mentorprise is able to provide a solid founded recommendation to its constituents.

 

Marleen Smekens, Managing Partner of Mentorprise, has been, for over 20 years,  one of the pioneers in Performance & Competence Guidance. She is also, for more than 7 years, HR Expert in the jury committees of SELOR, the Belgian Federal recruitment & selection agency for federal officials. As certified assessor, she is member of the assessment committee at Selor for the assessment of the leading civil servants in Belgium.
