Functieomschrijving:

" Enhance and optimize current SAP architecture, provide deep functional and technical application knowledge, provide functional design, configuration and development directions and ensuring standardization between locations and processes is preserved.
" Support technical and functional system upgrade projects
" Provide education and guidance to GBS team members and Application Maintenance teams
" Provide level 3 production support
" Review, release and approve system changes made by other GBS team members
" Build and maintain relationship with the Demand and Supply Planning community and CoE in EMEA/NA
" Work closely with AM EMEA and NA to identify improvements from the day to day operational performance monitoring
" Work closely together with the Application Maintenance team and help them plan and coordinate project handover activities
" Build and maintain relationship with Application Maintenance teams and other Project teams
" Report to the team lead on activities, issues and risk

Profile:
" University Degree
" 5 years Related experience
" Solid experience of supply chain processes with focus on planning, experience as a demand/and or supply planner is a plus point
" 2-3 SAP SCM project implementations covering some of the following aspects : DP (Planning areas, books, macros, job scheduling)/ SNP (Forecast release, Heuristic Macros, SNP Data Extraction & Reporting, TL management, SNP and deployment optimizer, PP/DS Data Extraction & Reporting)/ CIF (Model & Userexit Management, debugging, monitoring)
" On hands experience of SAP Ecc logistics modules (MM/Pur, LE/SD, PPPI)
" On hands experience of SAP BW, Business Objects and other analysis tools
" Experience with integration of legacy systems in an integrated SCM solution
" Experience with continuous improvement projects and support activities in the supply chain planning area
" Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simplified fashion
" Proficient business writing and oral communication skills in English
" High level of service orientation and very pro- assisting and helping out people
" Analytical and problem solving skills- identify complex problems, review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
" Traveling is part of the job
